Daniel S. Kreisman, PA
Physician Assistant
Daniel is a Physician Assistant at SJRP, whose real passion is helping people. Daniel enjoys flying, and has an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.), in Aviation Electronics and worked for McDonnell Douglas for 8-years before becoming a Physician Assistant. Daniel graduated in 1997, from St Louis University with honors–Cum Laude. He has worked treating people struggling with addiction for the last 6 years. In addition to St John’s Recovery Place, Daniel has practiced in the settings of Urgent Care, Emergency Rooms, and Family Practice. In 2013, his dream came to fruition when starting Putnam County Medical Mission which is a faith-based, free medical clinic for the uninsured in Putnam County, Florida. He continues providing free medical care at the two clinical sites on a volunteer basis. When SJRP came to Crescent City, FL it felt only natural for Daniel to start providing medical care here. Daniel is very compassionate about helping others stating, “If people know you REALLY CARE about them, they will let you into their lives to help them…that’s the difference here at St John’s Recovery Place—we REALLY care—our patients know it!”
Daniel has also completed coursework in Biblical Studies in Coventry, England. He is active in South Putnam Church and leads a home church group. In addition to providing medical care here at SJRP, Daniel also leads faith based groups twice a week for SJRP clients. He is a member of the Florida Association of Physician Assistants and the Florida Association of Free and Charitable Clinics.
