Program Manager
Holly Landry serves as a Program Manager, Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS), and Group Facilitator at St. Johns Recovery Place. She brings a combination of leadership, professional experience, and lived experience in recovery to her work, allowing her to connect with clients with compassion, understanding, and authenticity.
In her roles, Holly supports both the day-to-day operations of the program and the individual recovery journeys of clients. She facilitates therapeutic and recovery-focused groups, provides individualized peer support, conducts daily check-ins with clients in detox, and assists with crisis de-escalation, treatment engagement, AMA prevention, discharge planning, and connections to continued recovery resources. She also works closely with clinical, nursing, and operational teams to support client safety, program structure, and continuity of care.
As a Program Manager, Holly helps coordinate programming, client activities and outings, schedules, supplies, and other operational needs while promoting adherence to facility policies and maintaining a safe and structured treatment environment.
Holly is passionate about meeting individuals where they are and helping them recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence in their ability to create meaningful change. Her approach is rooted in empathy, accountability, respect, and the belief that recovery is possible.
