Kell Elliott is a native of South Georgia and now calls Melbourne, Florida, his home. Kell has been in the Substance Abuse Treatment field for over 15 years and is passionate about helping people overcome the challenges of substance abuse and mental health. Kell has served in many capacities in addiction and mental health treatment, including Executive Director, Director of Clinical Services, Director of Outpatient Services, and Addictions Program Manager. He is certified through the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium as an Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor. He is also certified through the State of Florida as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Kell has experience in developing, implementing, and directing programs addressing substance use disorder, PTSD, Trauma, Dual Diagnosis, and Mental Health. He is the co-founder of Treatment Programs, including Southern Cross Recovery and The Bridgeway Recovery Center. Kell serves as the President and sits on the Board of The KECH Foundation; a non-profit Foundation developed to address substance use disorder and educate communities.
Mr. Elliott is a veteran of the United States Navy and has formerly served as an Honorary Commander of Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He is an avid golfer and enjoys promoting the sport amongst disadvantaged youth and others by volunteering with the USGA and PGA. Mr. Elliott is a loving father to his daughter Karolyn (32) and son Jordan (17). He is a doting grandfather to his three grandchildren, Christian (6), Barbara Grace (4), and Evelyn Joy (2). Mr. Elliott is excited about the opportunities to offer help to the people of the Space Coast and the surrounding communities in finding the appropriate treatment to overcome substance use disorder.
